Responsibilities

  • Handles all travel arrangements for technician road trips.
  • At the direction of MC, sends out Maintenance Control Orders (MCO) to all Allegiant Bases.
  • Interacts with Allegiant Maintenance bases to obtain more timely aircraft status updates.
  • Continually monitors and updates the AIS Maintenance Flow.
  • At the direction of MC makes vendor call-outs and completes the PO request form to satisfy SOX requirements.
  • Reconciles the daily delay report and completes the MIR process for out station delays.
  • Assists the Manager and Supervisors of Maintenance Control with completion of the monthly MC self-audit.
  • Attends all maintenance status meetings and updates MC and the AIS flow as required.
  • Maintains a separate MC Admin daily call and activity log.
  • Actively updates the OCC internal instant messaging portal (jabber updates).
  • Assists the Maintenance Controller with in preparation distribution of the daily Status Report.
  • Other duties as assigned.
