  • As a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. With previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment, you will be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently Interact with External Contractors: Coordinating repairs seamlessly.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.
  • Sustain High Energy Levels: Juggling tasks while maintaining efficiency.
  • Assist the Management Team: Keeping our stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
  • Minimize Customer Disruption: Coordinating repairs with minimal impact on our valued customers.
  • Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.
  • General day to day store and property maintenance.
  • Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
