Management Accountant (CIMA) Competitive Salary + Company Bonus + Flexible Hours + Hybrid work + Progression + Company Benefits Warrington Are you a Management Accountant or similar who is CIMA qualified looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be a go to Finance specialist within a dynamic and growing Manufacturing company who are looking to increase their market share in an ever growing market in a role offering a bonus to increase earnings and the opportunity to influence strategy and business decisions going forward? This company are a tight-knit consultancy who work with a loyal client base across the Aerospace, Defence and Industrial sectors. They have seen rapid growth in recent years to the point they have a full order book going forward and are looking to expand their technical team to further this and compete with some of the largest names in the sector. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include generating financial reports, forecasting and budgeting the finances of the company and assisting the Financial controller in analysing and presenting information. Further to this you will work closely with the directors and senior leadership on business strategy, budgeting and growth plans. This exciting role would suit a Management Accountant or similar looking for a dynamic role within a specialist company within Engineering and Aerospace who provide the chance to develop your career going forward and increase your earnings through a bonus. The Role:
Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
Liaising and supporting the Financial controller
Work closely with the directors on budgeting, strategy and growth planning
Ongoing progression and development opportunities
Liaise with Manager and senior leadership, Clients and key Stakeholders
Monday-Friday role with flexibility in hours and hybrid work
