Responsibilities

  • Shall be responsible for
  • Planning, Execution & Control of Boiler Structure, Boiler pressure parts, ESP & its auxiliaries, Boiler Air & Flue Gas Duct, SCR Duct & Reactor, Coal Piping, rotating equipment (APH, Fans, Coal Mills) and Coal Bunker.
  • Erection schedule, resources and material management.
  • Execution & Completion of Boiler Structure, Boiler pressure parts, ESP & its auxiliaries, Boiler Air & Flue Gas Duct, SCR Duct & Reactor, Coal Piping, rotating equipment (APH, Fans, Coal Mills) and Coal Bunker work in line with the relevant project schedule.
  • To verify weekly/monthly MIS (Materials, drawing, process, resources)
  • To ensure safety compliance at site. Review of JSA/HIRA, Erection Methodology and check list for erection, Compliance check list before taking up erection activity.
  • To co-ordinate (Progress, Material, drawing, Resources) with PMCG & OEM.
  • To ensure strict adherence to quality systems & Safety.
  • To co-ordinates for interface issues within inter & intra department
  • To coordinate with IBR for statutory compliances.
