Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of due diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side) for Swiss and international clients on small and medium size engagements, and report to the engagement director or partner
  • Present quantitative analyses in a concise manner, accompanied by qualitative commentary in a polished report providing insights to our clients to support their investment/divestment decision
  • Translate the conclusions of our analyses into appropriate recommendations for our clients in the context of their contemplated transaction
  • Manage internal financial and human resources, and ensure the coordination of project activities and compliance with internal risk management procedures
  • Collaborate with your Deal Advisory colleagues (Tax, Strategy, Valuation, Pension, etc.) as well as external lawyers and representatives of investment banks to deliver critical insights to our clients for their strategic investment decisions
  • Work closely with more junior team members on projects, provide guidance, share knowledge and review their work
