Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ability to obtain all necessary factual information, apply experience to interpret key issues, determine policy and process applicability and communicate recommendations.
  • Work with managers/supervisors to ensure Operations-prepared documentation is thorough and accurate; identify inadequacies and provide coaching to improve future documentation.
  • Accurately document case work and response within case management system to ensure comprehensive audit trail.
  • Use subject matter expertise in coaching and counseling to effectively advise managers on appropriate corrective or disciplinary measures in support of business strategies and Company policy and to provide guidance to employees on escalated employee concerns.
  • Partner with the Labor Relations, Law Department, ER Center and other corporate HR resources as necessary to ensure effective case management and resolution.
  • Effectively identify issues that may give rise to harassment, discrimination or retaliation claims and escalate to appropriate resources for investigation.
  • Support units with background check issues, in partnership with Corporate Security and Legal.
  • Visit Company locations, as needed, contact supervisors, review policy manuals, and consult with other subject matter experts in the Company as necessary to assist in resolving complaints within established SLAs.
  • Participate in various HR initiatives and special projects.
