Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent & Performance Management, or relevant roles
  • Proven ability to prepare and steer global HR processes, analyze KPIs and data and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across global and regional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages is an advantage. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, HR systems and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Global Talent & Performance Leadership: Define, manage, and lead the global talent and performance strategy, ensuring alignment with Henkel's overall business strategy and organizational priorities, ensuring employee development is in line with future business needs and industry trends
  • Strategic Global Initiatives: Drive the design and implementation of future-oriented, innovative talent and performance initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, high performance, and long-term retention
  • High-Potential Employee Development: Develop and implement Global Talent Strategies: to identify, grow, and retain top talent across regions
  • Succession Planning Frameworks: Design succession planning frameworks that build a strong talent pipeline to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness
  • Shape Performance Management: Align global performance systems with business goals to drive high performance. Ensure consistency in performance evaluations by using globally standardized tools and criteria to assess employee contributions and potential
  • Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Partner with executive teams, HR leadership, and regional stakeholders to link performance outcomes to compensation, promotions, and development opportunities
  • Monitoring Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of both talent and performance management strategies to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and regional workforce requirements
  • Continuous Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of talent and performance programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge by integrating industry trends and innovations
