Responsibilities

  • Serve as counsel, business partner, and advocate for the NA Procurement and US-based Agriculture and Sustainability Leadership Teams, employees, and business.
  • Partner with global procurement and sustainability teams to drive global strategy and connectivity.
  • Drive staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting all aspects of organizational design and change management.
  • Lead talent management processes including Talent Calibrations, Leadership Planning, and Development Planning.
  • Lead employee relations matters and people manager development and coaching in partnership with business managers.
  • Handle People Budgets to deliver Annual Operating Plan financials.
  • Implement HR Programs to cultivate an environment of continued learning and employee engagement.
  • Act as liaison for engagement councils to drive engagement action planning and communications.
  • Partner with COEs – TA, L&D, Compensation, Rewards, University Relations, Talent Management, Engagement, etc. to support your businesses needs and continue to improve our processes and programs.
