Responsibilities

  • Model Employee Advocacy behavior and serve as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level and senior leaders and employees
  • Represent Human Resources for the McKinney, Texas location by driving local HR initiatives and providing support to collocated team members
  • Support critical HR processes, including compensation, talent development, performance management and talent acquisition
  • Collaborate amongst other HR organizations such as Employee Relations (ER), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Total Rewards, Talent Development (TD) and other HR Partners to achieve business and talent objectives, as well as provide HR on-site representation
  • Model consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
  • Support Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development
  • Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications, and diversity & inclusion in support of strategic objectives
  • Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations
  • Focus on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
