Responsibilities

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management
  • Manage the LMS including the overall user experience (UX), content hierarchy, assets, features, and functionality.
  • Identify the need for new features and inform the design of the LMS’s user interface.
  • Ensure offerings embrace inclusivity and accessibility as a core tenet.
  • Manage, improve and document LMS standard operating procedures and help guides.
  • Design and execute the curation plan and archive content in partnership with FANO teams based on user data.
  • Keep the LMS operating effectively by performing necessary security upgrades and maintenance and troubleshooting user requests and needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with Feeding America National Organization (FANO) teams to publish new content (resources, training, communities, etc.) and conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Manage roster, run user reports, assign user groups, and build and push surveys.
  • Attend weekly Learning Design Team Meetings.
  • Conference Support
  • Manage conference agenda development in collaboration with the Conference lead, including designing the agendas, posting information, updating changes, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide coordination and overall management of the Learning Team Communication Plan, including drafting updates and collaborating with Learning Team members to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of learning resources and conference communication.
  • Lead and manage the conference scholarship process, communicate to applicants and audit use of scholarship comp codes.
  • Collect required conference data required for tracking in our system (Sales Force), including but not limited to attendees, speakers, and scholarships.
  • Coordinate the recording of select conference sessions, including set up and post conference coordination of editing and posting.
  • Assist with other conference logistics support during planning or onsite as requested by the Director, Convenings.
  • Coordinate the annual awards process fulfilment, including ordering awards, scripting the announcements, securing award video or power point, processing award payments, coordinating with stakeholders and awardees, and coordinating with our Communication Department on press releases.
  • Attend weekly Convening Team Meetings.
