Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) Marketing & Sales Shared Services teams, manages all consumer direct communication and lifecycle programs related to Universal Horror Unleashed including but not limited to: lead generation, lead nurture, conversion campaigns and post purchase tactics across email, direct mail, and paid social channels. Secures all Legal, IP, and stakeholder approvals for direct communications. Brings the consumer’s voice to life and ensures a year-round horror focus for all marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for developing strategic public relations plans and tactical execution to drive steady earned media coverage. Leads the development of PR materials including press releases, media pitches, photography, b-roll and other video needs. Works with leadership and Licensed Partner team to secure all necessary approvals for all materials. Responsible for ongoing media relations, including building and maintaining media and content creator lists for top markets, pitching, coordinating media visits with internal partners and facilitating on-site. Tracks results and other news coverage and reports findings to leadership.
  • Leads the development of Universal Horror Unleashed Social Media content, social campaigns, and local influencer programs to drive measurable business performance through impressions, engagements, and engagement rates. Partners with UDX Social Media team to align strategy for UDX social channels and leverage UDX brand for year-round horror content. Analyzes and tracks campaign performance and optimizing UDX social media engagements.
  • In close collaboration with the Global Promotions team, represents Universal Horror Unleashed with local partners in the planning and execution of media and consumer promotions.
  • Collaborates and aligns across UDX Marketing & Sales departments to leverage UDX brand and drive Universal Horror Unleashed brand activations and localized programming.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
