  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely and effective management of incidents related to network faults
  • Ensure appropriate security measures are practiced to protect company assets
  • Organize and manage resources to ensure delivery of services meet or exceed expectations
  • Manage & develop the Network team members as a high-performance team
  • Develop & maintain standard operating procedures for the acquisition, evaluation, deployment and configuration of network technology
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization during high priority problem events.
  • Participate in 24 X 7 on-call rotation for any Network services events
