Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine PPC strategies across Google, Bing and other platforms as relevant, to support e-commerce growth and lead generation
  • Conduct comprehensive key word research and create ad copies that are compelling, effective and targeted to the right customers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of PPC campaigns across a large and diverse portfolio of product categories and Business units
  • Oversee external agency/agencies to ensure adherence to our strategic goals, stepping in to guide and rectify as needed.
  • Optimize the combination of in-house PPC vs use of external agencies to better manage total PPC spend and increased spend effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and adjust the PPC approach and execution to achieve best in class conversion, quality score and Return on Ad spend.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to craft and refine campaign strategies, contributing directly to the creation and optimization of campaigns.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring optimal spend for maximum return.
  • Build robust reports and present strategic insights and results to the C-suite, informing decision-making processes at the highest level.
  • Guide and collaborate with (digital) marketing and e-commerce team on critical tasks such as content development, analytics troubleshooting, and landing page construction essential for successful ad campaigns.
