Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product management activities for new launches by working closely with international internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry and market trends to guide life cycle management for the current portfolio.
  • Develop and analyze a Pan-European trim line strategy, involving markets to finalize and propose the best approach.
  • Develop special value packages tailored to maximize sales during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Team to establish market-appropriate pricing strategies and design specific life cycle actions and special packages.
  • Support the Pricing Team in setting competitive prices and updating product specifications.
  • Build and maintain a strong network by liaising with sales subsidiaries and gathering valuable market insights.
  • Address market challenges pro-actively by implementing targeted product life cycle actions.
  • Ensure markets receive timely and accurate updates on product specifications and information.
  • Act as a product expert, providing support to internal teams, including Pricing, PR, Marketing Communications, Sales, Training and After Sales as well as external teams at Kia Europe subsidiaries and distributors.
  • Represent Kia during launch events and activities with external stakeholders such as European journalists and key customers.
  • Offer actionable feedback on current models to the Product Planning team and teams at Kia Headquarters in Korea.
