Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the collaborative integration, implementation, and optimization of the REH Operations and Logistics strategy at the local ministry level
  • Be responsible for Supply Chain departmental logistics operations for the assigned ministries, including but not limited to:
  • Implementing standardized system-developed supply chain strategic plans and polices
  • Overseeing all local supply chain operations and logistics functions
  • Distribution
  • Receiving
  • Materials Operations
  • Warehousing
  • Pars/Inventory
  • Directing supply chain operations staff
  • Manage local vendor relationships
  • Serve as the Supply Chain champion and liaison to local ministry executive staff, department directors/managers, other clinicians and physicians
  • Be responsible for working with any and all key business and operational stakeholders within their specific ministry as well as their peers within their specific Supply Chain Region
  • Participate in, lead, and partner with others on REH Operations and Logistics strategic integration efforts and programs
  • Execute strategic plans around Providence-wide REH Operations and Logistics initiatives
  • Ensure a compliant, effective, and streamlined operational REH experience at the local ministry for business and patient constituent groups
  • Lead ministry efforts for system and region contract implementation, conversion and compliance efforts through their respective ministries
  • Administer all Supply Chain operations and logistics functions
  • Directly lead the Supply Chain operations at all acute care ministries, medical group clinics, long term care facilities and warehouse operations for their respective ministry either as the supply chain leader in smaller ministries or in support of the Director or Senior Manager in larger scale ministries
  • Be accountable for the management of all perpetual and periodic inventories all supplies received, stored, and issued at Providence ministries within their respective ministry/ministries
  • Perform all duties in a manner that promotes Providence Mission, Core Values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the Core Values and Mission of the organization.
