Responsibilities

  • Oversee full lifecycle recruitment for assigned territory including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, developing compensation packages, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop creative approaches to identify and attract qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
  • Identify and leverage various recruiting tools including iCIMS, Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing methods for referral generation, internet sourcing, networking, social media, community partnerships, etc.
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to create strategies/staffing plans to meet talent needs.
  • Drive consistent and predictable reporting and communications to keep internal clients and stakeholders informed of progress and taking partners to develop solutions for recruiting challenges.
  • Conducts critical and confidential searches for Field Leadership positions.
  • Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process (first day).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Corporate and Stores HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition leadership to determine staffing needs and develop/ implement cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, increase retention and place qualified candidates in open positions.
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers on matters pertinent to internal mobility and external hiring to ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures, and compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Leverage ATS (iCIMS) to maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
  • Active participant in Talent Calibration discussion to proactively identify needs. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for active and confidential searches.
  • Utilize SkillSurvey to conduct reference checks.
  • Manage TA Reporting activities and provides meaningful dashboard reporting and insights, communicates the Talent Acquisition story to business leaders to influence talent decisions.
  • Works on special TA and HR projects, as needed.
  • Subject matter expert on the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Leverage Employer Branding and proactively looks for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent and all candidates walk away from their experience with a positive image of the Burlington brand.
