Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic projects end to end including alignment with all the stakeholders involved and taking these projects through discovery, scoping, planning and execution.
  • Take a project and break it down into key milestones with defined timelines to ensure a robust work breakdown structure is established.
  • Perform research on key strategic topics while working closely with consulting organizations such as Gartner, Deloitte, etc.
  • Ensure strategic processes and workflows are well defined including annual strategic priority setting process.
  • Own strategic governance processes to enable strategic foundational enablers so that we can achieve our Strategic priorities.
  • Support data aggregation, data automation and reporting simplification initiatives and projects. Identify new opportunities to improve automation and data flows.
  • Drive change across 3 different segments including change and updates to submission materials, reported metrics and processes for multiple deliverables.
  • Support on initiatives that deliver on our ultimate target state of technology business management while developing mechanisms which will focus on visibility into Total cost of ownership.
  • Provide support, advice and consultancy to multiple Global teams while collaborating and coordinating within a matrix setting.
  • Break down different key projects and big tasks into smaller milestones and measure performance against these milestones.
