Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining production processes and procedures across Fabrication and/or assembly operations
  • Lead and implement process improvement activities (designing, improving, organising) to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Support new product introduction, ensuring effective collaboration between relevant departments
  • Gather relevant production data throughout the New Product Development process
  • Support the introduction of the product at the concept phase and through production ramp-up
  • Maintain production process documentation
  • Design and/or implement tools and Equipment to improve the production process
  • Design and implement production flow lines, factory floorplans and modular workstations
  • Contribute to the Design for Manufacture process
  • Identify areas for producibility and quality improvements in assembly, test and product design
