  • Incorporate error-proofing and third-hand features into product and equipment designs
  • Perform socket and tool clearance studies to drive design optimizations
  • Provide GA (Geometric Assessment) impact/cost analysis for design changes or alternative directions
  • Assess in-house manufacturing capabilities and implement new processes/equipment to expand capabilities where justified
  • Leverage Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to reduce costs and enhance quality/throughput
