  • Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve Manufacturing Assembly goals, and communicates plans to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.

  • Directs processes in line with organizational standards for quality inspection, production control, inventory, and procurement.
  • Allocates resources in order to coordinate all aspects of Manufacturing Training improvement initiatives.
  • Coaches staff to ensure optimal use of manufacturing staff and training center equipment, and monitors the quality of training.
  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
  • Oversees and manages the hiring and onboarding of production associates. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
