Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on a variety of boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as parts & service, to ensure all customer concerns are prioritized and addressed in an appropriate manner.
  • Accurately document all service work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and other important details. Ensure customers are provided with appropriate documentation regarding services performed on their boat.
  • Ensure all boats are being handled with care before, during, and after service has been performed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed when performing work to promote a safe working environment.
  • Attend applicable service schools to maintain certification and continuous educational requirements. Stay updated on trends, tools and technologies related to work.
  • Assist with special work events as needed, i.e., boat shows.
  • All other duties as assigned.
