Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, geography, urban studies, or data science preferred
  • One to two years’ experience in related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required
  • The ability to present information graphically to both internal management and external clients
  • Experience in the creation, interpretation and application of statistics, using charts and graphs
  • A background or interest in commercial real estate or related field would be a benefit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, troubleshooting, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Performing a variety of data analysis, graphic, presentation and administrative tasks to support real estate brokerage functions and national research efforts. Responsible for daily data management and data integrity as well as for market research, analysis and trends reporting for the local market. This position entails working with a diverse group of people at all levels in the organization.
  • Statistical, Demographic, Socioeconomic, and Real Estate Market data to support brokerage
  • Tracking Leasing & Investment market data
  • Monitoring and tracking existing or proposed developments
  • Provide support to research manager
  • Collects, organizes, stores and maintains data within the electronic library
  • Updates data in working files as new information become available (ex. Property information, listings, leasing transactions, current and proposed developments, parking rates, property tax and operations costs.)
  • Compiles data for internal information requests, database maintenance, market reports, tables, graphs, text, and presentation materials
  • Title, Taxation & Assessment searches
  • Other duties as assigned
