Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marktforschung/Brand Experience, idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld oder auf Institutsseite
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für kundenzentrierte Insights und innovative Ansätze (z.B. KI)

Responsibilities

  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Standards im Bereich Marktforschung (u.a. Markentracking)
  • Projektverantwortung für Marktforschungsanfragen – von der Fragestellung bis zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Bereich
  • Strategische Unterstützung des Top-Managements durch Präsentationen und Reportings
  • Betreuung und Interaktion mit Marktforschungs-Vertretern aus über 30 Lidl-Ländern
  • Steuerung von Marktforschungsinstituten
