Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy for our B2C or B2B email and push notification campaigns in Europe.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, root out key insights, and create data-driven strategies to enhance relevance, personalization, and performance of our email & push notifications.
  • A/B test innovative ideas for optimizing email and push notifications, leveraging our experimentation platform to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven improvements that elevate campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Creative, Promotions, Data Science, and MarTech teams—to coordinate, plan, and execute high-impact campaigns and experiments that align with our brand goals.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to drive channel performance.
  • Use a suite of analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, Google BigQuery) to report on the outcomes of tests and monitor channel performance, providing actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement.
