Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaigns for the Sales & Solutions business unit and customer segment campaigns for the Distribution Solutions division (ELDS) within Electrification.
  • You will develop and implement global MarComs plans that span the different stages of the buying funnel – awareness, consideration, and intent to purchase.
  • You will also drive effective internal and external communication initiatives and activities through a multi-channel and an outside-in approach, aligned to messaging, proposed target audiences, and value propositions.
  • This role will report to the Marketing Communications Manager for ELDS.
  • As a Marketing Communications professional, you will:
  • Lead integrated marketing communications strategies to support business growth for the Sales & Solution business unit and select customer segments.
  • Plan and manages campaign content for buying funnel including awareness, consideration and intent to purchase.
  • Create external facing materials including but not limited to articles, success stories, case studies, customer presentations, videos, infographics, ads, collateral, e-mail outreach, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholders on internal awareness and training of marcoms plans.
  • Collaborates and aligns with Marcom/Comms Experts, Business Line Leaders, Marketing, Sales, Segment Leaders, and Regional and Local teams.
  • Communicates campaign timing and results.
  • Track, measures and reports on campaign budget and KPIs.
  • Up-to-date on Industry, customer and competitor news.
