Requirements

  • Completion of four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry.
  • Experience of working with the MENA region preferred.
  • Arabic speaking desirable. English fluency essential.
  • Strong writing and graphic design skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders across a firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Keen interest in marketing and the architectural and engineering industry
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.
  • Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with creating proposals for various functional and geographic markets, under direction from others.
  • Assists in the creation of marketing collateral for interviews and other presentations, under direction of others.
  • Updates marketing collateral including resumes, project pages, etc. under direction from others.
  • Conducts research on potential clients, leads and projects.
  • Uses Salesforce as reference for SOM project facts.
  • Develops working knowledge of A/E/I services offered by SOM, with knowledge of local portfolio.
  • Assists with other duties and tasks as may be required.
