Responsibilities

  • Manage the Data & Analytics team.
  • Enable data driven operating model, unveil insights & opportunities through continuous data analysis.
  • Give management team clear summaries (automated) of how business is performing from interest through to value of cars in market, value of customers, LTV - people view and car view.
  • Responsible for providing business analytics & reporting to RBU management.
  • Provide leadership and direction for the data governance framework: principles, policies, processes, and practices.
  • Leads design, implementation, and oversight of data quality measures to ensure data health across the RBU.
  • Monitor data usage, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance and security of the data (e.g., Data privacy (GDPR)).
  • Set up any data audit and define actions/roadmap; Set up any data cleansing strategy and tools.
  • Responsible for defining the data and identifying assets within RBU data domains, ensuring there isn't conflict with other data elements.
  • Ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date (e.g., Customer data).
  • Map and understand database and data collection processes for the RBU.
  • Create processes and procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence, establishing internal policies and standards-and enforcing those policies.
  • Maintain quality of the data using customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
  • Lead development and implementation of Master data Management (MDM) rules.
  • Manage special projects and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for regional and national Management.
  • Collaborate with the IS/IT team to Ensure appropriate governance & compliance while contributing to IS/IT roadmap.
