Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager, aligning with business objectives and our target audience.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, website updates, and SEO activities, ensuring consistent execution across channels.
  • Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.) by working with our design and content agencies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and campaigns.
  • Lead the creation, monitoring, and optimization of lead generation campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing, ensuring clear KPI management (conversion rates, cost-per-lead, etc.).
  • Provide detailed performance analysis of campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes, as well as best practices in lead generation and marketing.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members, sales, product, and other teams to align on campaign strategies and maximize their impact.
  • Assist in the creation of customer-centric content (testimonials, case studies) that directly supports the sales team’s outreach efforts.
