Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the marketing budget
  • Preparing briefs for marketing and coordinating the approval process
  • Working closely with the sales team on brand guidelines and advertising guidelines
  • Liaising with external agencies, i.e. PR & marketing agencies, advertising agencies, brochure designers, Media booking agencies, radio companies and PPC agencies etc.
  • Attend monthly/quarterly PR meetings and liaising with the Sales Managers regarding marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinating new site openings, re-launches and other promotional activities
  • Respond to any social media enquiries and advise how to respond.
  • Report on the activity of the regions marketing by preparing updates on marketing strategy for board reports and operation reports
  • Deal with property portals with regards to feeds, content and performance
  • Liaise with the legal department to ensure all marketing elements are compliant
  • Uploading of photography to new developments and uploading virtual tours onto the web site.
  • Responsible for the presentation upkeep of the region's web site content.
  • Coordinate the uploading of a new development and removing completed development information, etc.
  • Market to the existing CRM database through the preparation of SMS's and email campaigns
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Reviewing and investigating new marketing opportunities
  • Liaison with charities and sponsorships
  • Analysing marketing data/results and recommendations for media based on this analysis
