  • Create, execute, and optimise omnichannel campaigns to attract the right delegates to our events, focusing on key decision-makers across public sectors
  • Use segmented data - including location, tiers, and industry - to develop highly targeted and relevant campaigns
  • Design and implement efficient workflows and automation processes to streamline engagement
  • Collaborate with our Content Lead to produce tailored and compelling copy to engage and inspire interest in our events
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Marketing Campaign Executive and Delegate Campaign Executive, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Track campaign success, interpret data insights, and implement continuous improvements for better outcomes
  • Deliver weekly updates to the Senior Marketing Manager on trends, observations, and campaign performance
