Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective marketing program to drive business growth for Adhesion Wealth
  • Develop marketing campaigns based on business objectives; continually optimize campaigns and materials and make recommendations for improvements
  • Manage project plans and timelines to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adapt marketing activities based on KPIs and progress toward critical business objectives
  • Create go-to-market strategies and facilitate smooth on-boarding of new platform solutions
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and other marketing materials to increase advisor engagement for solutions on the platform
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team, key stakeholders at Adhesion, relationship managers, and sales teams to develop campaigns to support business objectives
  • Serve as the liaison between Adhesion, AssetMark, and vendors for campaign execution, social media, content creation, graphic design, and event planning for conferences
  • Some travel required
