Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful launch, integration, and ongoing marketing activation of third-party beauty brands at M&S, coordinating with brand partners and internal teams to create and execute impactful, customer-focused marketing activity. Deliver marketing initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring a consistent brand presence across channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with beauty brand partners and brands marketing teams. Demonstrating a keen understanding of brands positioning, priorities, products and marketing initiatives and be the ‘go-to’ beauty brand expert in Marketing.
  • Collaborate with partner brands to plan and implement product launches and seasonal campaigns that align with both brands and M&S objectives.
  • Support the onboarding of new brands, preparing strategic and budget-aligned briefs that target customer and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with channel partners across Visual Merchandising and store, online, social, and PR to deliver brand activation and support plans inline with briefs.
  • Partner with internal social and PR teams to support always-on activity including influencer and content creation that enhances beauty brands at M&S visibility.
  • Undertake post launch and post campaign reviews and make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both M&S and the brands.
