Responsibilities

  • Support the Director Marketing, CRO Services to execute on marketing initiatives
  • Assist in developing the strategy that will translate marketing objectives into sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Business Development and Preclinical Scientists and Operations, to create content, with the goal of delivering effective sales tools
  • Develop Marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, brochures, videos etc.
  • Coordinate with marketing research to study industry reports, market data on websites, and evaluating client survey responses to gain customer insight/needs for services.
  • Maximize use of all media platforms to expand brand/portfolio recognition.
  • Develop and/or leverage existing marketing activities including direct marketing campaigns, advertisements, tradeshows, etc. to enhance brand awareness.
  • Perform analysis of current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Utilize Altasciences electronic marketing database for targeted marketing campaigns, meeting announcements, and marketing activities.
  • In Marketing Director’s absence, track progress against
  • Established plan and update the plan/campaign as necessary
  • Monitor and review on all marketing activity and results.
  • Monitor industry best practices.
  • Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best possible quality standards.
  • In Marketing Director’s absence, lead internal project status meetings and ongoing project schedule updates;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of business priorities and management expectations;
  • When necessary, travel to Preclinical sites and attend conferences.
