  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization

  • Collaborate with Material Development in the creation of material palettes that are reliable, sustainable, and efficient
  • Organizes and maintains material library along with seasonal supplier submissions with Material Development
  • Assists with the creation of supporting documentation or tools for Material Design function
  • Contributes to material design strategy and application of materials into the footwear silos
  • Supports ideation of concepts through to finalized tech pack creation to help elevate new ideas, process, and materials
  • Supports category projects throughout the product creation cycle
  • Research and identify trends, industry, and athlete insights
