  • As part of the Group Strategy Team, which reports directly to our Group CEO, Milena Mondini, you'll have a strong focus on supporting our Group strategy with culture and customer at the centre of everything we do, followed by our core pillars: Admiral 2.0, Motor Evolution and Business Diversification. Area of Responsibilities

Business, Operations & Strategy


  • Partner with Executive leadership to support the execution of a wide variety of key strategic priorities for the Group.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your assignments.
  • Develop work plans, gather and synthesize data, problem-solve, and provide final recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all entities across the Group, to support on articulating the Group Strategy and key priorities, and highlighting how it links with the different business units.
  • Support preparing reports and recommendations, from concept to implementation, and communicate it to senior managements (including the Group Board).
  • Work on taking products from 'test and learn' into 'production' phase.
