Responsibilities

  • Research, design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific us in the RDT&E environment.
  • Support all phases of missile flight test planning and execution.
  • Monitor and track progress of all preparation activities, providing written updates on planning scheduling, status, readiness and other significant test preparation activities and milestones.
  • Identify potential problems, deficiencies, delays, or issues and make recommendations for solutions, options, or corrective actions.
  • Attend engineering reviews, test coordination groups, and planning meetings as required for test planning, test data collection, test readiness reviews, test execution, and technical support.
  • Develop training material to support training topics, assist in the development of training aides, facilitate and support training.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of RAM system and process training material.
