  • Familiar with API codes that apply to rotating and fixed equipment
  • Familiar with Reliability Principles (i.e. Weibull Analysis, Reliability Modeling, MTBF, etc.)
  • Working Knowledge of SAP maintenance related functions and Meridium Asset Performance Management
  • Working knowledge of process data historian, such as Process Book
  • Experience with compressors, pumps, drums, heat exchangers, and process towers

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Area Reliability Teams (ARTs) aimed at defect elimination and proactive failure prevention
  • Interface with Operations, Maintenance, and Inspection teams to understand, define, and prioritize bad actor improvement initiatives
  • Identify improvement plans with the objective to remove the bad actor from the ART watch list
  • Submit reliability budget recommendations to improve equipment availability and reduce LPO/MMO
  • Perform appropriate root cause analysis on chronic equipment failures and implement corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence
  • Complete specific equipment plans based on equipment and system criticality
  • Ensure appropriate asset strategies are in place, including spare parts listing and inventory, preventive and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, operator care, equipment/process monitoring, structured rounds, reliability operating limits and operating strategy
  • Steward sustainable implementation of Reliability Management Best Practices
  • Develop infrastructure multi-year plans which will be incorporated into the LRP budget process and provide a basis for the execution teams
  • Serve as area mechanical focal point for capital project support as required
  • Participate in P66 Networks and interface with P66 resources to develop and review best practices and required standards as well as share lessons learned
  • Ensure required standards are utilized and implemented in reliability improvement efforts
  • Support Turnarounds and unit outages as needed, including coordinating MOC’s and supporting execution
