What is the duration of the Red Bull Graduate Program?
The Red Bull Graduate Program lasts for 18 months, starting in July 2025.
What will I be doing during the Graduate Program?
You will have the opportunity to work across various departments on sports projects, gaining knowledge in Communication, Social Media, and Creator Marketing while developing an overarching project to present to department heads at the end of the program.
Is prior work experience a requirement for this position?
A history of relevant work or internship experience is considered a plus, but it is not a strict requirement.
What qualifications do I need to apply?
You need to have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, and demonstrated excellence in your academic life.
What language skills are required for this role?
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
What kind of mindset is preferred for candidates?
We prefer candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and a "go-getter" mentality, as well as an open and solution-oriented mindset.
Will I be working with athletes and creators?
Yes, you will be creating engaging social content with athletes and assisting in projects related to Creator Marketing.
