Experience in health insurance, customer service, and administrative roles. Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Diploma in Private Medical Insurance desired. Able to work independently, under pressure, and with honesty and integrity. Highly motivated and proactive individual.

The Medical Coordinator will be responsible for scanning and monitoring queues, assigning claims, daily reporting, completing treatment guarantees, following up on cases, and assisting with various projects and tasks as needed. They will also manage Maritime business medical cases from initial notification to closure, ensure policies are followed, and support the team in meeting health and safety standards.
