Responsibilities

  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with Thought Leaders in Oncology and Pathology space
  • Drive awareness of oncology products and relevant diagnostic modalities through dissemination and discussion of scientific and clinical data
  • Answer medical / scientific queries of Medical Societies and HCPs with regards to Bayer products in concert with the Medical Information team
  • Contribute to organization of advisory boards, and organise/co-organise medical educational events
  • Attend congresses and conventions with the aim to learn new scientific/clinical data and to engage with Thought Leaders, and share your learnings with cross functional team
  • Gather competitive intelligence to inform brand strategy
  • Plan and organise scientific training and education events / sessions with TLs within their specific therapeutic area or product
  • Act as a point of contact for investigators, facilitating the interface with investigators and appropriate Bayer personnel responsible for approval, and communication of study progress and completion
  • Provide assistance to Medical Advisors and Market Access by supporting presentations of new information to hospital formularies and reimbursement
  • Support brand strategy by providing assistance to Marketing colleagues (field insights and education on scientific data)
