Responsibilities

  • Als Supervisor Cleaning bij Sodexo op de locatie APMT in Rotterdam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het schoonmaakteam.
  • Je combineert jouw leidinggevende vaardigheden met actieve deelname aan de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in de kantoorruimtes.
  • Naast het uitvoeren van reguliere schoonmaakwerkzaamheden ben je samen met de teamleider verantwoordelijk voor de handhaving van het schoonmaakcontract en het waarborgen van de hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Naast het geven van instructies en aanwijzingen ben je dagelijks te vinden op de werkvloer.
  • Je draait je eigen diensten en daarnaast controleer je de kwaliteit en bewaakt de voortgang van diensttijden.
  • Je bent een echte aanpakker en is het van belang om als team te werken.
