Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end to end ingestion process from our partners ensuring timely and accurate data transfer.
  • Monitor data pipelines ensuring this data is processed efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure any issues are actioned and followed up for resolution.
  • Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure these controls are standardised across Member data flows.
  • Conduct regular data audits and address any discrepancies or anomalies identified.
  • Investigate and manage technical data exceptions and business rules exceptions, working to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
  • Serve as a key point of escalation for data related issues and initiatives providing timely resolutions and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data related matters.
  • Generate data reports for reconciliation purposes ensuring accuracy and consistency across data sets.
  • What closely with internal stakeholders including data analysts and business teams and data governance teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions in a cross functional team.
