Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound inquiries from potential members and conducting first phone calls to assess fit for Brightline services with the goal of scheduling new members for first appointment.
  • Conduct outreach to potential members, providing clear, compassionate information about Brightline’s mission, values, and services to encourage enrollment.
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to understand member needs, address barriers to care, and provide personalized support throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with care team to ensure that members are connected with the diverse resources they need to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Scheduling appointments for members.
  • Ensuring member paperwork has been completed.
  • Supporting Providers with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Answering questions and supporting members between sessions via phone, chat and or email.
  • Conducting insurance eligibility checks and collecting member payment information.
  • Keeping our internal software tool for the Member Support team ultra-organized.
  • Identifying ways to delight our members, ease the workday for our clinical team, and overall improve our operational processes as we scale.
