Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office— specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking to solve problems
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with others in a skillful and engaging manner
  • Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Progress toward a Master’s degree with a desire to work in Health Consulting
  • Status as a currently enrolled student; candidates should have an expected graduation date in the Fall of 2024 or Spring 2025
  • Record of top academic achievement (Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0)
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required

Responsibilities

  • Collection and analysis of data, summarizing and documenting information for client presentation purposes
  • Learn about and utilize industry leading tools in the development and execution of client work (e.g., HERO Scorecard, RFI database, Mercer survey data)
  • Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of a clients
  • Assist senior consultants to review client needs, suitable approaches and implementation strategies
  • Learn and understand the population health management marketplace and how a consulting firm evaluates clinical appropriateness/effectiveness
