Responsibilities

  • Critical Path Management. You will be responsible for critical path planning for your department for all new range launches, marketing and promotional activity. Ensuring correct dates are logged & tracked for key milestones being hit on time & updating the team weekly.
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders and ensure the system accurately reflects intake. Challenges delays and understands impact to availability.
  • Plans future and current and allocations. Raises allocations after gaining sign off. Involves key stakeholders (Warehouse capacity team, Store Operations and updating the Bulletin).
  • Complete weekly stock reporting & identifying risk & actions to my merchandiser.
  • Availability – assist Merchandising team in planning department line-cards, strong working relationship with suppliers.
