Responsibilities

  • Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
  • Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
  • Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
  • Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
  • Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
  • Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
