What are the primary duties of the Merchandiser / Sales Coordinator position?
The primary duties include handling all permanent and promotional POS items, designing and building promotional and decorative displays, pulling vacation and/or relief routes for Sales Representatives, filling in for sales representatives as needed, building business relationships with retail customers, executing marketing activities, and maintaining product visibility and freshness standards.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Qualifications include draught experience preferred, ability to learn and use handheld sales units, basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record, and high school graduate or GED.
