Responsibilities

  • The products being offered can be tailored to meet the customers' requirements by working closely with sales team. Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business. Attend meetings with Sales Managers and act as a technical expert. Have deep knowledge of a company's products or services and enable sales team to pitch differentiated offerings to prospective customers Support RFP and RFI process. This can help sales professionals to close business deals Identifying customer needs and creating a differentiated offering with strong value proposition to serve these needs while ensuring high ROI for the customers, working with engineering, sourcing, delivery. Outcome assurance & multisite product management teams to ensure on-time, on-cost NPIs Articulate product, value and service offerings to both sales leaders and customers, identify all technical solutions that can be offered to assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales and post sales process. Defining the market positioning, pricing & target segments for the portfolio, developing sales & channel competencies to ensure sales volumes, drive revenue and gross margin as per defined AOP/targets.
