Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the Expert Advisory Panel and nominated subject matter experts to formulate the learning standards for key professions
  • To drive the development of a new modular learning framework based on the standards and adopt, purchase or commission relevant learning, with the professional guidance of nominated subject matter experts, to deliver a full curriculum
  • To ensure that the development of new learning (incorporating both face to face and technology enabled learning) is engaging, learner-centric and designed for a variety of learning styles
  • To oversee the planning and implementation of multiple learning-based projects simultaneously.
  • To determine and implement a systematic process for the evaluation and review of Academy learning products to ensure quality and learning standards are maintained and improvements and developments in latest best practices and learning trends are incorporated.
  • To collaborate in commissioning the MHRA Learning Management system ensuring it has the right functionality to deliver learning and track the progress of learners and manage the assessment process
