  • Abwehr von Haftungsansprüchen / Organhaftungsansprüchen
  • Beratung und Führung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit M&A-Transaktionen
  • Begutachtung von komplexen nationalen und internationalen haftungsträchtigen Sachverhalten
  • Enge internationale Zusammenarbeit mit anderen White & Case Büros
  • Einbindung in die internationale Mandatsarbeit bzw. interne und externe Kommunkation im internationalen Umfeld
